Kings College Road Full Renovation Project
For this project, we fully renovated a 2 story home and here are only some of the tasks we completed
- Full Renovation of main floor
- Demolished brick fireplace
- Removed carpets & Installed Red Oak hardwood
- Renovated existing floors by plywood
- Installed oak stairs
- Foyer tile installation
- Added a backyard patio door
- Modified the existing duct-work
- Sand,stain and varnished hardwood flooring and stairs
- Installed new crown Molding
- Changed pop corn ceiling to smooth ceiling
- Installed pot lights
- Upgraded the space into open concept
- Installed glass railings
- Expanded the front area of the house by installing a new entrance door
